Federal law requires a signature of someone 21 years or older for all deliveries containing alcoholic beverages.

Where We Ship

We are licensed to ship to 36 states excluding; Alabama, Arkansas, Connecticut, Delaware, Indiana, Kentucky,  Mississippi, Nebraska, Oklahoma, Rhode Island, South Dakota, Utah, Vermont and West Virginia.

Shipping Charges and Delivery Schedules

Shipping charges are noted during the check-out process. All shipments will be shipped using UPS Ground. UPS will make 3 attempts to deliver your package in hopes to get a signature. If on the third attempt you are not there to sign for it, the wine will be returned to Tranche. In the event we will have to ship the wine a second time, there will be additional shipping costs.

Weather Holds

If the weather is too hot or too cold to ship wine, we will contact you and give you an estimated ship date. The wine will be held at the winery until the weather improves.

Benefits of Using a Commercial Delivery Address

We strongly encourage you to provide us, whenever possible, with a commercial address for the delivery of your order. Wine orders require the signature of an adult.
